Privacy Policy
How ByteTek Technologies LLC handles SignalNXA website, demo, analytics, and Alpha platform information.
Effective date: July 11, 2026. Last updated: July 11, 2026. This policy should be reviewed by legal counsel as SignalNXA moves beyond Alpha.
Overview
SignalNXA is provided by ByteTek Technologies LLC, DBA ByteTek. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information from public website visitors, demo users, prospective customers, and authorized platform users during the SignalNXA Alpha period.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use SignalNXA, we may collect contact details you submit, company information, demo request details, account and role information, support communications, authorized integration metadata, product usage context, and security or diagnostic information needed to operate the service.
Privacy-Focused Website Analytics
On the public marketing website, optional analytics is disabled until you accept it. When accepted, SignalNXA uses self-hosted Umami analytics controlled by ByteTek Technologies LLC at analytics.signalnxa.com. We use analytics to understand website performance, referral sources, page visits, and interactions with website features.
Analytics Categories
Analytics may include visited URL paths without sensitive query values, page title, referrer, safe UTM campaign values, browser type, operating system, device type, screen dimensions, approximate country or region derived from network information, event names such as CTA clicks, timestamps, and anonymous session information.
What We Do Not Intentionally Send to Analytics
We do not intentionally send review content, customer feedback text, passwords, OAuth tokens, access tokens, raw AI prompts, form messages, or sensitive query strings to Umami. SignalNXA does not use advertising analytics, cross-site behavioral advertising, session recording, fingerprinting, or Meta Pixel/Google Analytics for the current implementation.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process information to respond to requests, provide the live demo, operate and secure the platform, support authorized integrations, improve website content and performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop SignalNXA. Where consent is required for optional analytics, we rely on your analytics choice.
Service Providers and Infrastructure
SignalNXA uses service providers and infrastructure to deliver the website and app. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy/CDN, TLS/security, traffic protection, and performance services. Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure may process visitor network and security information, including IP address and request metadata, to provide those services.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or security obligations, and to operate the Alpha service. The marketing analytics consent preference is stored for up to six months unless the consent policy version changes sooner.
Security
SignalNXA is designed around organization-scoped data, role-aware access, protected integration tokens, auditability, HTTPS, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the Alpha service.
International Visitors
SignalNXA is operated from the United States. If you access the website or app from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our infrastructure and service providers operate.
Your Privacy Choices
You can accept, decline, or withdraw optional marketing analytics at any time by using the Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing analytics events from your browser after the choice is saved. Historical aggregate analytics cannot necessarily be retroactively deleted from summary reports.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection related to certain personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law and may need to verify your request.
Contact
Questions about this policy or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected] or through the contact form on the SignalNXA website.
