SignalNXA is provided by ByteTek Technologies LLC, DBA ByteTek. These terms apply to public website access, live demo use, and Alpha product evaluation.
Use of the Website and Demo
Visitors may use the public website and live demo for evaluation purposes. Demo data is sample data and should not be treated as a production account.
Authorized Connections
Users are responsible for connecting only accounts and data sources they are authorized to use. SignalNXA is designed for official APIs and authorized customer connections.
Acceptable Use
Users should not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use the platform to violate provider policies.
Privacy and Analytics Choices
Use of the public marketing website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Analytics Policy. Optional marketing analytics can be accepted, declined, or withdrawn through Privacy Choices in the footer.
Availability
Public launch capabilities, pricing, roadmap items, and integration availability may change before production release.
